Public offer

1. General provisions

This agreement is a public offer (the "Agreement") from sole proprietor Trapatonni (the "Seller") to any natural or legal person (the "Buyer"), containing an offer to enter into a sales contract for the products presented on the website trapatonni.com.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the goods (the "Goods") to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to accept the Goods and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Order placement

The Buyer places the order independently through the website. After placement, the manager contacts the Buyer to confirm availability and arrange payment and delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer to the Seller's card or bank account, with details sent by the manager. Orders are fulfilled once payment is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery is via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta (Buyer's choice), within Ukraine and internationally. Delivery cost is paid by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns and exchanges

The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt under Article 8 of the Ukrainian Consumer Rights Protection Act, except for goods made to individual order (one-of-a-kind handmade items), which under Article 13(5) of the same Act are not subject to return.
